Carriers of Glory to Israel

The Bible says there will be a time when the Gentiles (the non-Jews) will cause the Jews to become jealous of what those Gentiles have.  We know Christians will not make them envious with our divided churches, broken families, bankrupt checking accounts, and divorces.

However, there is one thing that could cause the modern Israelites to open their hearts and eyes. This is something that has belonged to them throughout history. If they see this on another group of people, this would create great jealousy.

I am talking about the glory -- the power and presence of God himself.  I dream of a day when Gentile young people, touched by the fire and glory of God, will touch Israel. I envision people, raised up and trained to transform cities and bring an awakening to the U.S., taking that same fire elsewhere.

I dream of a day when Gentile young people, touched by the fire and glory of God, will touch Israel.

I see fiery revivalists carrying the glory and the power of God into cities like Tel Aviv and Haifa. These powerful young people would go into the coffee houses and nightclubs of these cities. They would demonstrate the power and glory of God to young Jewish men and women. I believe that the ancient hunger for the one true God of their ancestors would rise up in their bellies and cause them to begin to long for the same glory that Moses knew.

Can there be a revival and awakening in Israel?  I say yes, we just need to find some people to devote their lives to something greater than food, fun and entertainment.

Can there be a revival and awakening in Israel? I say yes...

We need people who are willing to dedicate everything to become carriers of the presence of God, first where they live, but later somewhere else. These are a people who burn for God where they live while they wait for the day when God says “Whom shall I send?”  They will be positioned to say “Lord, send us to Israel!”
